Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
- Set and manage monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and performance coaching sessions.
- Establish and improve repeatable sales processes.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
- Own CRM data quality, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping and successful handoffs.
- Represent sales performance and pipeline forecasts to company leadership.
Individual Sales Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of prospects and existing clients.
- Prospect for new managed service opportunities and recurring revenue.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery meetings and client presentations.
- Build proposals and quotes for managed services, hardware, VoIP, networking, and project work.
- Lead complex and high-value opportunities from initial contact through signed agreement.
- Manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and contract expansions.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
- 1–2+ years in a sales leadership, team lead, or player-coach role.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable.
- Experience selling technology solutions, managed services, or business services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales experience.
- Experience selling Microsoft 365, VoIP, network infrastructure, hardware, cybersecurity, or cloud services.
- Experience with HubSpot, Autotask, or similar CRM/PSA platforms.
- Familiarity with camera and physical security solutions.
- Experience building or formalizing sales processes.
