What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver technology projects (firewalls, networks, servers, VoIP, WiFi deployments, and more) from start to finish.
- Partner with sales to scope, design, and implement client solutions.
- Be the face of onboarding for new clients—ensuring a smooth transition.
- Serve as an escalation resource for advanced networking and system issues.
- Ensure every project is fully documented and handed off cleanly to the support team.
- Continue growing through certifications, training, and real-world experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in network engineering, system administration, or IT project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (Network+ or equivalent required).
- Ability to take ownership of projects, from planning to implementation.
