What You'll Do
- Develop and nurture strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Be the non-technical point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with clients to plan projects and assist with forecasting and adjusting plans as needs evolve
- Customize service recommendations based on each client’s specific needs
- Look to generate new revenue and develop business to maintain an active sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the community, representing Logivision at various events and gatherings
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to listen and understand the client's needs and concerns
- Detail oriented and basic financial literacy to assist clients with budgeting and cost considerations
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management and reporting
- Passion for serving clients with excellence and building lasting relationships
